Oral Presentations

All oral presentations are alotted a 20-minute time slot for presentation and questions. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that speakers plan on a 15-minute presentation to allow 5 minutes for questions. Each room will be equipped with a computer running Windows XP connected to an LCD projector and an overhead projector for transparencies. Authors should ensure that their presentations are loaded onto the computer in their assigned room before the beginning of the session. To facilitate checking their presentations, there will be a speaker prep room at the Convention Center. The same computers and projectors will be available in order to test compatibility of speaker presentations with the hardware.

Posters

Each poster paper will be alotted a posterboard that is 4 feet high by 8 feet wide (1.22 m x 2.44 m). The poster boards will have velcro surfaces, and will also accept push pins. Push pins and velcro tape will be available, but authors are encouraged to bring their own velcro tape or push pins to avoid delays. Poster authors are asked to have their posters mounted at the assigned location no later than 9:50 am on the day of presentation. This will allow their posters to be up during the morning coffee break and the lunch break. Poster authors should be present at their posters to answer questions from 1:00 pm until 2:10 pm during the assigned poster session.
