TECHNICAL SESSIONS
All conference sessions will be held in the ballroom of the Westin Hotel,
located in Waltham MA, a suburb of Boston. Short Courses will be held in the afternoon of
Sunday, November 5, and the morning of Monday, November 6. Technical sessions will begin
on Monday afternoon and run through Wednesday afternoon, November 8. Exhibits will
run concurrently.
BANQUET
A banquet dinner will be held in the ballroom of
the Westin Hotel, Waltham MA Tuesday evening, November 3 at 7:00pm. Banquet seating space
is limited, so make your reservations early.
EXHIBITS
An exhibition of commercially available hardware,
software, and services will be positioned in the hotel ballroom throughout the conference.
Conference participants will have the opportunity to visit the exhibit booths staffed by
manufacturers from a variety of companies. Exhibits will be on display between 8:00 am and
5:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, November 6 and 7, and between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on
Wednesday, November 8.

The conference will be held at the Westin Hotel off Route 128 in Waltham, MA. This 380 room, full service hotel includes amenities such as a restaurant and two lounges, indoor pool, and health and fitness center. The conference technical sessions, short courses, and vendor exhibition will be held in the ballroom of the hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Westin Waltham Hotel at the reduced rate of $145/night plus state and local taxes.

From Logan Airport:
Follow signs to exit the airport. After exiting,
follow signs to Sumner Tunnel. Take the Sumner Tunnel and stay in the right lane. At the
exit of the tunnel, take I-93 South to exit 24, I-90 West (Mass Pike West). From I-90 West
take exit 14, I-95/Route 128 North. Follow this to exit 27A (Totten Pond Road). Take a
hairpin right turn onto Third Ave. The Westin Hotel Waltham is #70.

Autumn offers a wealth of activities in New England
from sightseeing and shopping to hiking and apple-picking. The Westin Hotel is minutes
from Boston and within easy driving distance to the Mohawk Trail and the Monadnock region
of southern New Hampshire. The hotel is also just minutes away from historic Lexington and
Concord, the stage for the first battle of the Revolutionary War.
