It is believed that the first meeting of the Southwest NEEDHA Chairs was held in 1990 followed by another meeting in 1991. One of those was held at the University of Houston according to the memory of some who attended. The place of the other meeting is not known at this time. Anyone who has any information about this ancient history is encouraged to provide such revelation to the webmaster at editor@eece.unm.edu. |
