MS thesis projects in Telemedicine and Remote Healthcare Delivery: NEW

This is for those who are interested in getting involved in a hands-on project in implementing a real wireless telemedicine sensor network for remote healthcare delivery. At CISL we are building a wireless network of wearable sensors, a graphical healthcare management software interface, as well as signal processing, coding and communication algorithms. Everything goes right into real engineering implementations. Microcontroller programming, understanding of wireless communications and DSP could be useful.

RA positions available for motivated PhD students in the areas of Network Information Theory and Control over Networks, Sensor Networks, Cognitive Radio Networks, Game Theory and Cooperative Communications - Immediate openings for spring 2009!
